PILATES PRIVATES - PERSONAL PILATES INSTRUCTION
Our private Pilates sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Pilates sessions utilize traditional Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair as well as more contemporary pieces such as the CoreAlign and are taught by a certified Pilates instructor.
PERSONAL TRAINING - CONDITIONING AMD STRENGTH PROGRAMS
Our personal training sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Personal training sessions utilize functional training equipment such as a weighted Fitness Trainer machine, free weights, kettlebells, steps and more to provide you with anaerobic, aerobic and agility/conditioning/balance training. We also provide cardio workouts with or without intervals using aerobic training machines such as the elliptical, treadmill and bike as well as ladders, hurdles and cones. Our specialty is Fusion Training where our personal trainers guide you through a series of traditional strength and aerobic exercise with a combination of Pilates repertoire and stretching using the mat or Pilates equipment.
