Ayelet

Ayelet’s love of movement began when she was a child always playing outside, swimming and running. After graduating with a B.A in public health she began working in a physical therapy clinic as a PT Tech where she obtained a Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification from the NASM and a Pilates Certification from Body Arts & Sciences International. She enjoys helping individuals with back pain and has experience working with gait instability, osteoporosis, neuropathy, fibromyalgia and scoliosis, as well as dancers and athletes. She believes training should be functional and enjoyable. In her spare time she likes to test people’s pain tolerance for her singing and watching her daughters play.

Rebecca

Rebecca started Irish Dancing at age 8 and found a love for all forms of dance as she went to Arts schools in Milwaukee and Chicago. Finishing her education at Barat College of DePaul University where she received a B.A. in Dance and a B.A. in Psychology/Dance Therapy. After college Rebecca toured with the Trinity Irish Dance Company and retired in 1999, where she fell in love with Pilates because of her sore knees from dancing. She started teaching Pilates in 2003, and has never looked back. She currently has two boys, loves to exercise, laugh with friends, read, and write in the third person.

Madelyn

Madelyn Berdes-Golliher has been involved with the Dance/Pilates world for over 30 years.  She danced professionally in New York City with The Joffrey and The Eliot Feld Ballet companies and in Europe with Tanz Forum in Koln, Germany and the Zurich Ballet in Switzerland during the 80’s.  She was both cast member and Dance Captain for Andrew LLoyd Webber’s production of “The Phantom of the Opera” in Los Angeles and in San Francisco throughout the 90’s.  Her Pilates career began in 2000 with training under Romana Kryzanowska, Mari Winsor, Josette LaMotte and Maria Leone.  She received her certification from Physicalmind Institute.

Rita

Rita is a former athlete who holds numerous certifications and Specialization in the field of healthy living and fitness. She has been working in the field since 1999. Her passion is to create enjoyable personalized routines, taking into account the goals of clients based on a detailed assessment as the foundation to achieving them.

In addition to being a Certified Pilates Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer she is a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Performance Enhancement Specialist with NASM. Danielle

Danielle started her fitness career as a NASM certified personal trainer at a personal training gym. As her kinetic knowledge expanded, she developed a deep appreciation for Pilates’ versatile and innovative approach to strength training. She decided to become a Pilates instructor and completed a comprehensive Pilates equipment certification with Pilates Sports Center in Encino. She loves that through Pilates she can offer her students a safe, effective and versatile workouts. Danielle’s goal is to increase quality of movement and improve lives for everyone in every class she instructs. On her spare time, Danielle loves to hike, spend time in nature, and yes, exercise!
